Complete all required online forms.

You will be connected with a TeleDentistry.com dentist to begin your consultation.
After the Consultation
TeleDentistry.com dentists provide initial consultation services* and can write prescriptions** when appropriate. The TeleDentistry.com dentist will email consultation notes to your Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan network dentist for further treatment. If you do not have a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, TeleDentistry.com will refer you to an in-network dentist with your authorization.***
