Scope out project
We identify customers objective, functionality and components.
Research and design
We research components, draft initial concept drawing, create renderings, spec out lead times and provide initial quotes.
We create the initial operational prototype with all of the defined functionalities and provide hardware testing.
After review of prototype we will suggest changes, assembly and servicing options.
Redesign if necessary
We will redesign to the new specifications and adjustments from the review.
Order materials and start pre-production process.
We specialize in custom designs of self service kiosks, Telehealth kiosks and Rolling Telehealth Kiosks for integration into hospital systems.
We utilize the latest and best of breed in technology components. We design our devices for ease of servicing and specialize in making custom parts that fit the design.
During our prototyping stage, we ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the design as we implement all of the defined functionalities that we scoped out during the design stage.
During the prototype buildout we commence our initial component testing to ensure that all components are functioning to their specifications.
We turn custom designs that we prototype into mass production units once the prototyping stage has finished reviewing and testing.
Our large manufacturing facility gives us the ability manufacture for any size project from small to large.
We have in-house standard and custom power coating capabilities with unique one of kind colors for custom requests.
All of this is accomplished in our state of the art spray booths and cure ovens.
Electro-Mechanical Assembly & Testing
As an electronics company, what distinguishes us from our competition is our capabilities of sub-assembling all of the components that go into your digital device. We provide imaging of computers and software loading plus testing to make sure that all hardware and software function before we place in inventory or prepare your device to ship anywhere in the world.
Our Manufacturing Facility
Our floor plan for our manufacturing facility is designed for maximum workflow efficiency and best utilization of space.
Our stringent quality control procedures have been ISO 9001:2015 certified by NSF.
Our large warehouse provides individual storage bays for individual clients which can be independently caged for extra security.
Assembly and sub-assembly begins in the warehouse so that our employees can begin all of the assembly work.
Our Assembly Shop
In our assembly shop, we have dedicated network drops and power drops for each build stations.
We have capabilities for large quantity of assembly work.
